Purpose: Complete the four-step proposal process and route for approvals, as applicable, prior to developing a virtual exchange. Be advised that multiple approvals are required. 

Overview

The four-step proposal includes the following steps:

• Step 1: Preliminary Proposal
  • Description: An overview of the proposed virtual exchange.
  • Due date: 90 days prior to exchange
  • Routing for approval is required.
• Step 2: Proposal
  • Description: Detailed information about the online experience. To be discussed and completed with collaborative partner.  
  • Due date: none
  • Routing for approval is not required. For your records. Complete at your own pace.
• Step 3: Pre-implementation Summary
  • Description: Summary of the final online experience to be offered. 
  • Due date: 30 days prior to exchange
  • Routing for approval is required.
• Step 4: Post-implementation Summary
  • Description: Summary of completed online experience. 
  • Due date: 30 days after conclusion of virtual exchange
  • Email to appropriate designated individuals
