In Abilene, students take advantage of a lineup of educational opportunities that
provide real-world experience to meet the rapidly-changing demands of today’s healthcare
environment. Serving as the administrative home of the newly-established Julia Jones Matthews School of Population and Public Health. Abilene also delivers program offerings from the School of Nursing, the Jerry H. Hodge School of Pharmacy and the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
The Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex offers extensive opportunities for students choosing to study at the Jerry H. Hodge School of Pharmacy or the School of Nursing. This comprehensive academic environment is delivering hands-on, collaborative experiences
and education to the next generation of pharmacy and nursing professionals.
To meet the growing demand for baccalaureate-educated nurses in the State of Texas,
the School of Nursing recently expanded into the Dallas suburb of Mansfield, to offer its traditional BSN program expanding nursing education options in the
Metroplex. The demand for skilled and experienced nurses is high, and Ï㽶ֱ²¥ is proud
to provide another option for students pursuing a career path so critical to the operation
of hospitals and clinics in the area.
In the Permian Basin, Ï㽶ֱ²¥ extends its educational footprint with programs in both Odessa and Midland,
strategically catering to a diverse array of academic disciplines. The Midland location
plays a crucial role as a hub for students enrolled in the School of Health Professions Physician Assistant Program, fostering a dynamic learning environment tailored to the unique needs of healthcare
professionals in training.
The Odessa campus hosts programs from the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, and the School of Health Professions. A premier learning environment with state of the art classrooms, laboratories, computer
resources, and student support areas, the student experience in Odessa stands tall
