Biography
Wyatt Paulishak completed his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biochemistry from Saint Mary’s College of Maryland, Saint Mary’s City, Maryland, in 2016, and his Master of Science (MS) degree in Biochemistry from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, in 2020. Over the next year, he worked at AbbVie Inc. as a Scientist in their bioanalysis department in North Chicago, Illinois. Wyatt joined the Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences as a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) student in August of 2021, and is presently working in the laboratory of Dr. Laurence Wood with the Department of Immunotherapeutics and Biotechnology on our Abilene campus.

Research Interests:
Development of novel therapeutic approaches using Listeria monocytogenes as a therapeutic delivery vehicle for the treatment of cancer.
