Commencement General Information
School of Health Professions annually hosts one Spring ceremony for all eligible graduates. Candidates include graduates from the previous Fall, current Spring, and upcoming Summer terms. The Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremony will include December 2024, May 2025, & August 2025 graduates.
A graduation application is required for all graduating candidates, whether participating in the commencement ceremony or not. The deadline to complete the application is November 15th.
Steps:
- Go to your My HSC tab in Webraider
- Select Commencement (Under Manage My Enrollment)
- Select Apply to Graduate
- Complete the application

Online ordering for all programs is still an option. Depending on when the order is placed, additional fees could be required for expedited processing and shipping. You will be notified if this pertains to your order before processing. We will do our best to accommodate all order requests placed prior to February 15th. Orders purchased will not be shipped until 2 weeks prior to the commencement ceremony. Special requests can be sent to info@westtexasgrad.com
