Post-Doc Travel Requirements
Important Requirements for Post-Doctoral Travel Awardees! |
1.) Training or Conference Travel must be completed on or before August 15. |
2.) A report which includes a statement on how the conference or training was beneficial to the applicant’s research goals is required within one (1) month after travel. Submit to the Office of Sciences at SOPOfficeofSciences@ttuhsc.edu and CC: to Dr. Ulrich Bickel. |
3.) Conference and travel expenses cannot exceed $1,500.00 including registration cost. |
4.) If travel cost has already been awarded by the conference/training or by any other award mechanism, then applicant cannot request same amount from this RFP. |
NOTE: POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATES WHO FAIL TO MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ANY FUTURE TRAVEL GRANTS THROUGH THE SCHOOL OF PHARMACY OFFICE OF SCIENCES. |
