Mandatory Health Insurance Requirement
Health Insurance Requirement
All students are required to maintain health insurance coverage that is fully compliant with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Cost sharing, short term, and travel plans do NOT meet the health insurance coverage requirement. International students are required to purchase health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation) through Ï㽶ֱ²¥, and the cost will be added to the student’s tuition and fees. In addition, international students with F2 dependents must also purchase health insurance coverage through Ï㽶ֱ²¥ for all dependents as required by the Department of Homeland Security and Ï㽶ֱ²¥ OP 77.03. More information regarding the health insurance requirement is available on the Student Life website.
