Mental health matters! That's why the Graduate School has implemented monthly mental health events covering a variety of topics. If you missed any of these events, you can find the recordings and hand-outs below!

Emotional Wellness with Dr. Logan Winkelman
In this presentation you will learn how to recognize and accept a wide range of feelings in yourself and others, including the productive management of those feelings and related behaviors in the face of adversity. Discussion will be fostered on how the winter months affect our mental and physical health providing practical strategies for mitigating related challenges and developing effective coping strategies.
LGBTQIA+ Allyship with Rebecca Alejos
In this presentation you will recognize that coming out is not about sexual behavior, but about statements of identity and relationships; understand the differences between biological sex, gender identity, gender expression, and orientation; acknowledge the use and importance of a vocabulary of inclusion; and develop an understanding of what allyship entails.
Mind Bully: Overcoming Yourself and Your Mind with Norense Odiase
Are you in a constant battle within your mind? Join the GSBS and the Quality Enhancement Plan as Norense Odiase speaks on resiliency, anxiety, well-being, and overcoming your mind bully. Open to all students, staff, and faculty!

- Schnacks with Schneider is your opportunity to meet with Dean Schneider and other students, voice your thoughts, and enjoy a little break - complete with snacks! Past snacks have included cotton candy made on premises, hot cocoa bar, popcorn, breakfast tacos, and more!
