Vision: The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program is dedicated to empowering and developing physiatrists with a robust, full-scope toolkit of skills, knowledge, and passion to excel in both academic and community settings. Mission: The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program will equip residents with the expertise, compassion, and dedication to deliver exceptional, comprehensive, and holistic medical care. We offer a broad spectrum of training to residents in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of functional impairment across a diverse variety of inpatient and outpatient educational settings. With integrity, empathy, and innovation, our physiatrists are trained to be outstanding physicians, teachers, leaders, and role models who improve lives, advance knowledge, and shape the future of physiatry.
