RN to BSN Program Transcript Evaluations
We offer prospective RN to BSN applicants the chance to have their transcripts evaluated prior to applying for admission to ensure you have met the prerequisites and Texas Core Curriculum requirements. To request an evaluation, please follow the steps below.
Step 1
Complete the RN to BSN Prospect Evaluation Request Form .
Note: This transcript evaluation request should be submitted prior to applying to
the program. All applicants to the RN to BSN program will have their official transcripts
evaluated as part of the application process. Do not submit this request if you have
already submitted an application for admission.
Step 2
Upload unofficial transcripts from all colleges and universities attended to the in Step 1 OR have your official transcripts sent to us electronically or by mail.

Step 3
Transcript evaluations will be completed once we have received official or unofficial transcripts from all colleges/universities attended.
There is no set timeline for the completion of the evaluation as:
- We must receive the official transcripts from all of your colleges and universities attended.
- Applicant evaluations take precedence over prospective evaluations.
Step 4
Your completed evaluation will be emailed to you at the email address indicated in the request form. Prior to applying to the program, please review the RN to BSN program page to review admission requirements.
Once an application is submitted and all supporting materials have been received, the Ογ½ΆΦ±²₯ School of Nursing Office of Admissions will conduct an official course evaluation. A transcript evaluation will be sent via email to the address listed on your application.
